If there’s one thing I could do with, I would say photography skills. To be honest I never had the time to actually sit down and think a bit more how my camera works and left everything to chance. Yeah, ok, over time I did get a bit more of an idea but performance pressure always took the best of me, without mentioning the general fear of chubby little hands stealing food and other random stuff from under the lens. Sometimes I got lucky, sometimes definitely not.
Last weekend I had the chance to go to a Food Photography and Food Styling Workshop held by food photographer Florentina Klampferer – what a fun day!
Me and 3 other ladies spent a whole day with our cameras attached to our hands taking pretty amazing photos in a super relaxed environment with a range of ingredients that could compete with the Masterchef pantry. Images will speak for themselves I’d say 🙂
Next on the agenda: put what I learnt into practice for new recipes and – with time – recook everything from older posts and take great photos!
